Growing Team at AluFoldDirect

19 new team members have joined the fabrication team at the AluFoldDirect factory in Blackburn, two new starters have expanded the customer support team and a further four extra staff have joined the office team in processing, IT and design.

Russell Yates, Managing Director at AluFoldDirect, says: “It’s been a very busy re-start for AluFoldDirect. Since we returned to work, sales have been very strong, as installers make the most of the buoyant home improvement market.

“2-week delivery direct to site is important to our customers and we have been working to adapt and refine our internal systems and processes, to deliver a better experience for customers, every time. This has included investing more than £1.5 million in stock and expanding our team to add capacity and extra customer support.

“There are many plans in the pipeline, including new products, to help customers expand their offering and profit from new markets, but since May, the priority for AluFoldDirect has been to adapt operations for a better service. I’m confident that these adaptations are having a positive impact on the certainty we deliver for installers.”
