AluFoldDirect Aluminium Installer Training Academy News

Paul Rowney, Manager at Morgans Windows, Doors and Conservatories, thanks the team at the AluFoldDirect Aluminium Installer Training Academy.

He sent three fitters on a one-day training course at the Blackburn HQ and says the in-house training program was extremely beneficial.

Being able to access the course at the AluFoldDirect Aluminium Installer Training Academy was absolutely fantastic – and hugely helpful.

I sent three of my fitters to AluFoldDirect’s Blackburn HQ, to complete the training on aluminium glazing and I can say that it was excellent.

The course was free, which was brilliant. But what was more appealing was the opportunity for my team to spend time with the experts at AluFoldDirect.

The trainer at AluFoldDirect introduced its range of products and then my staff were given tips and advice on how to fit aluminium more accurately – and with greater confidence.

I am proud to say that our team of fitters already have a wealth of experience and are highly-skilled, but when you’re offered extra training - so staff can increase their knowledge - you’re not going to turn it down.

I want all my installers to be the best in whatever they do. That’s why we were thrilled to access the course.

I don’t think you can ever have enough training - especially in this fast-moving world of aluminium glazing.

In my opinion, the training academy at AluFoldDirect is brilliant and utterly unique.

My installers said the trainer at AluFoldDirect was professional and worked hard to pass on his extensive knowledge.

There was lots of hands-on learning and I think that is good when everyone needs to familiarise themselves with a certain product – especially if it is new on the market.

As a reputable business, it’s very important to us that we continue to move forward.

If an aluminium window and door fabricator, like AluFoldDirect, is going to invite us to its training academy – we’re going to go!
